7 Benefits Of One On One Personal Training

One on one personal training gives you some of the best workouts you’ll ever have. Getting personalized attention as well as custom workouts are just some of the benefits of having a personal trainer. When you work one on one with one of our personal trainers, you’ll get to enjoy these great benefits.

Personalized Attention

As you may have guessed, when you have one on one personal training sessions, you get all the attention from your trainer. You’ll be the only client they have in there, and the workout is going to be specifically for your benefit.

This personalized attention is great because if there’s anything you want to work on specifically, you can tell your trainer and they’ll be able to adapt the workout just for you.

More Adaptable

Trainers can more easily improvise your workout if an issue or injury arises with your body. When you’re in a class setting, there is no adapting to your needs. You’ll be doing the same workout as the person next to you.

With one on one personal training, you’re able to get an adaptable workout that’s not going to harm you. If something should come up, you can feel confident knowing your trainer has the education needed to help your workout right.

More Education

When you work with a personal trainer, you can feel confident in the workout they give you, because they’re trained in how bodies work. The more you work one on one with your personal trainer, the more they’re going to learn about your body. Our trainers not only help you train your body to build more muscle, but they also work with you to make sure you’re walking right and not causing your body more pain than necessary.

More of a Personal Experience

One on one personal training gives you a more personal experience. If you have concerns you’d like to speak with a trainer about without others knowing, a one on one session is the perfect time to do that.

If you want to talk about different programs, asking questions about how you should eat, or find out ways to stay motivated in between workout sessions, your personal trainer will help you with all of that, while being discreet.

Relationships Built On Trust

This may not be the case for all personal training studios out there, but it’s definitely the case for us. When we work with our clients we don’t just help you workout and then let you go. We work on building a trusting relationship between you and the trainer. We want our clients to be comfortable and feel like they can tell their trainer anything. Working out one on one with a personal trainer helps us do that better.

If there’s a problem area on your body that you want to work on, we want you to trust us enough to tell us. If you have an injury, we want you to feel comfortable while working out, and trust that we won’t make the injury worse.

Accountability

Your personal training holds you accountable so you don’t miss out on your lessons. If you don’t show up, you can expect us to call or text you to see why you’re not there. Personal trainers also help you set goals and keep you accountable to those goals. Whether it’s to lose weight, gain muscle, or just feel healthier, our trainers work with you and hold you accountable in reaching those goals.

Safe Social Distancing

The days of not worrying about how close you are to another person while working out are long gone. With the COVID-19 pandemic, we need to be sure we’re staying safe while working out. This is why one on one personal training is so important, and the only type of training we’re offering at this time in order to keep ourselves, as well as our clients safe.

If you’re in a regular gym, there’s not going to be employees ensure you’re keeping a safe distance from the person next to you, and you’re probably not going to see a lot of people working out with masks. That’s why one on one personal training is so important. You can work with us, and we’re going to work with you to keep us all healthy.

I had no idea that a personal training session can teach you how to keep your physique stronger while helping you chive your goals. I have a friend who’s looking for ideas to achieve his dream figure this year. Hopefully, he’d try out a private fitness training program that fits his needs.

  • I’m glad to hear that private personal training allows for more adaptability, especially in case of any injuries or conditions. My husband wants to go to the gym since he thinks that he’s out of shape due to being in bed for a few weeks after getting into an accident. I’d like to let him but I’m afraid that if I let him go on his own he’d overexert himself and damage his healing muscles and joints. I’d be much more comfortable if he had a professional around supervising him while he was at the gym.

      Hi Tammie!

Thanks for commenting! We would love to help your husband feel more confident in himself and feel better after his accident. We know firsthand how hard it is to come back from an injury, and wouldn’t recommend anyone try and do it alone.

If you’d like, you can contact us through our form on this page: https://www.peakphysiquetroy.com/contact/ or you can give us a call at (248) 879-3141 to talk about how we can help him.
