In a shared personal training session, one fitness trainer will work with two clients during the same time slot. The personal trainer will take each client through their own workout that’s built to help them reach their goals.
This doesn’t mean the two of you will do the same exercises! You will still have a personalized workout plan for you, and they will have one as well!

This is without a doubt our most popular exercise training program because each client gets their own workout at an affordable rate. You can do this with friends, family, or with your significant other.
This option is also possible even if you don’t have a workout buddy! Just let us know you want to do a shared program, and we’ll pair you up with another one of our amazing clients!
Shared training provides an affordable and effective personalized workout along with a great opportunity to meet new people.
In our One-On-One personal training sessions, one client works with one personal trainer for 55 minutes. You get the exercise trainer’s undivided attention for the entire session and is the only client the personal trainer is taking care of during that time slot.
