What’s Included In Shared Personal Training
During our shared personal training sessions, one Peak Physique trainer works with two clients during the same hour time slot, taking each client though the individual workout designed for their specific goals and needs. Typically, the trainer guides both clients through exercises based on their goals and fitness level. So even if the person you’re working out with has different goals or needs, you still get tailored workouts that are specific to your goals or needs.

Shared training is our most popular option because each client gets a one hour customized workout at an unbeatable rate. This is a great option for friends, family members or couples who want to train together, but individuals without training partners can take advantage of shared training too. Just let us know that you’re interested in shared training, and we’ll pair you with another Peak Physique client.

What Should You Expect In Your First Shared Personal Training Session
If this is your first time ever working out with Peak Physique, you should expect to get a free consultation and free fitness evaluation. During our free fitness evaluation, we will go over your fitness goals and come up with a customized workout plan. We like to think of our first session together a first date. At Peak Physique we want to make sure you enjoy working out with our personal trainers, and that you feel comfortable working out together.
If you’re a current Peak Physique client and are looking to switch to a shared personal training plan, you can expect our first session together to be a little less intense than our one-on-one personal training sessions to be. Don’t get confused, just because it’s less intense doesn’t mean you aren’t getting as good of a workout.
