Giovanni D’Agostino

Hi, I’m Giovanni D’Agostino, Personal Trainer At Peak Physique. I’ve been training for a little over a month, and couldn’t be more excited about working with Nick and Lissa at Peak Physique! I received my NASM certification, and am ready to help you reach your goals!

Favorite Personal Training Moments

Anytime I see my client’s strength increase, it makes me proud of them, and satisfied with my work. I love helping people become more confident with working out, and with themselves! For me, there’s nothing better than watching someone become the best version of themselves, and knowing I played a part in helping them do that.

Why I Like Training

I love when my guidance helps people start to truly enjoy training. When I can get my clients to push past the point that they think is their limit, to then find new heights to push to, it reminds me why I love training so much.

Why I’m A Trainer

I have always enjoyed working out with others and helping each other reach PR’s, so I’ve had a strong desire to help as many people as possible become stronger and most of all, healthier. That’s really the goal here: To get people healthier, and live better lives.

My Advice To People Who Want To Workout

Never let feeling uncomfortable at the gym stop you from starting. When you train with me, and the other trainers at Peak Physique, you will never be judged. Everyone starts somewhere, and even committing to just one exercise a week is a huge accomplishment.

My Family

I have 2 dogs and a bird. My bird’s name is Martini and he’s 12 years old. We actually didn’t name him that because of the drink, but because we like to call him “Tini” cause he’s small. My dogs’ names are Jack and Riley. Jack is a mutt and he’s 9, and Riley is a black lab and she’s 8. Most of my time at home is spent petting them.

My Hobbies

I have been playing guitar since I was a kid. I play electric and acoustic guitar and have a ton of pedals and such. I love playing rock, metal, and the blues with some jazz mixed in, but really I play anything that sounds good to me. I play a lot of Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and Black Sabbath. If you want to hear me ramble, talk to me about music.

A Little More About Me

I will always accommodate for the exercises that you enjoy or don’t enjoy so please give me all of the positive or negative feedback that you can! I care about getting you to a place of loving fitness and enjoying the process and our communication is key to getting you to that place.

I can’t wait to train with you!
