Helen's Journey Back To Herself
Helen moved into her own apartment in an Assisted Living facility in order to get the care she needed after falling and injuring herself. As her daughter, Lora, explains in the video above Helen entered assisted living in a wheelchair and now walks without a cane.
Nick & Lissa meet Helen in her apartment as well as in their personal training gym. This combination allows Helen to feel comfortable in her own home, work on challenges she encounters in her everyday life, and enjoy the benefits that come along with being in a gym.
Nick & Lissa Go Beyond Personal Training
As you can see in the photo to the left Helen is doing much better since she's started working with Nick & Lissa. Nick & Lissa visit Helen at her apartment and help her not only workout to feel better, but help in all aspects of her life.
Helen shared that her shoulder was causing her quite a bit of pain and interfering with her everyday life and activities. After speaking with her, Nick and Lissa realized her shoulder pain was due to her bed and the way she maneuvered her body to get out of bed. They aided Helen's family in obtaining a hospital bed, worked with them in order to help her understand how to use it, and stayed with her until all parties felt comfortable with her using it.
Nick & Lissa, along with the entire team at Peak Physique, go beyond personal training and strive to improve the lives of their clients.
